By accessing and using IMAT Prep ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in termination of your subscription

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IMAT Prep, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
